Email problems again

Yet again we find ourselves with internet access but no email service. This is due to our ISP and not our internal servers. This is apparently affecting Virgin customers across the UK and the anticipated fix time is 16.00. Time to switch provider, I think! We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
